How do you charge?
By project and scope. After an initial conversation, I send you a clear proposal: what's included, what's not, and how we work.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes. In fact, that's where I add the most value: avoiding expensive mistakes and impulse purchases.
What does the technical and documentary review include?
Documentary and technical review (history, compliance, expirations, traceability), risk analysis, and coordination of a serious pre-buy when appropriate. If something doesn't add up, we detect it before paying a deposit.
Do you help with insurance and financing?
I don't finance directly, but I can help you prepare the case and coordinate with external providers when it makes sense.
